We are excited to announce that our Paper on transferable coarse graining was published in Nature Chemistry today.
#MachineLearning a transferable bottom-up protein force field, trained on force data from all-atom MD simulations,
using physical priors and graph neural networks.
Our PhD candidate Jacopo Venturin was rewarded a study award for his master thesis by the Physical Society of Berlin (PGzB).
